About Inner-City Teaching Corps
Inner-City Teaching Corps (ICTC) is a non-profit education and service organization that helps empower children in the most under-served areas of Chicago through provision of outstanding teachers and innovative education programs.
The Inner-City Teaching Corps is made up of 12 staff members, 41 current teachers, over 200 alumni, and countless supporters, all of whom are dedicated to empowering children in underserved communities.
The 2,500 children being taught during the 2005-06 school year by ICTC teachers, the 25,000 who count ICTC teachers among their past educators, and 150 Books 'n Hoops campers are among the children affected by our work. |
